Great beachside location. Decent menu prices and happy hour specials. We got $4 pina coladas and $5 spinach artichoke dip. It was a great tasting dip.
The Cobb salad was so good, the bacon was crisp and cooked to perfection. Also they served it in a Fiestaware bowl which I love.
Good friendly service and not to crowded. -

What a nice find! I notice Yelp reviews only 3.5 star average. Way off, imo.
Patio is awesome: great atmosphere, busy, covered and view of the beach. Can't ask for anything more.
Food is very good as well. Red snapper was blackened perfectly. Vegetables cooked well and included cauliflower (I'm a sucker for roasted cauliflower). And prices are very fair and reasonable.
Beer list is very good including local craft beers.
Service was very good, no issues at all unlike some others mentioned. I'm sure just like any restaurant like this in a tourist town, there maybe turnover in waitstaff and a learning curve.
We'll go back next time we're in town for sure. -

A little more downscale than Gaido's and the prices reflect it. Still not cheap but good seafood never is. I have a $50 dinner limit on expense account and kept it under $40 even with 2 beers.
I have had lots of nice evenings next door so I decided it was time to try Nick's. It is well-worn but well maintained. I sat at the bar and had a lovely young server who was backed up by Angel. Both were attentive and friendly and provided top-notch service.
I ordered the Redfish Pontchatrain with steamed broccoli on the side. It was served on a bed of dirty rice. Another "Gaido" touch is the lemon is wrapped in gauze so you don't get the annoying pips on your food or in your drink. I LOVE that!
I like Redfish and the firm mild meat holds up well to robust creamy sauces. Problem is that it is rather easy to overcook and mine was marginally so. It was still quite good and the sauce and shrimp "stuffing" was really good. It was a large filet and I was filled up and enjoyed it. The broccoli was also a little overdone for my particular preference but was prepared with quality produce. Nice florets without a lot of stem.
Overall the service was outstanding, the beer was cold and the food was good. Lots of great choices on the menu and choices for people in your party who don't like seafood. -

The location is connected to the hotel next door which I thought was pretty cool. This is a smart way to generate people to come on in and try Nick's. I ordered the Shrimp Platter and it was pretty good. I was hoping to have more rice on the plate but I guess it was ok. The staff was warm and welcoming and had us seated right away. Overall it was a good experience here. I really wish they had oysters on a half shell all year round but unfortunately they said it's only seasonal.

Wife and I went to try this place out . We got the nicks burger which was fantastic , cooked very well and the size of the patty was big . Also what turned us to come here was they served michaladas . Nicks serves one of the best michaladas on the island ! We will most definitely return here
